Content and Copyright Policy

Summary: Upload only your own photo, a photo of an adult who agreed, or a photo of your own pet. If we confirm that an account has used someone's photo without permission, uploaded a minor or a public figure, or infringed anyone's rights, we delete the content, disable the share links and permanently terminate the account immediately. Reports and rights-holder notices are reviewed by hand within 72 hours.

Who you may upload

• Yourself.
• An adult who has agreed to have their photo used for this video, such as a friend, partner or family member.
• Your own pet.

You may not upload:

• anyone under 18;
• celebrities, athletes, influencers, politicians or any other public figure;
• strangers, or anyone who has not agreed, including photos taken from social media, news or other websites;
• nudity or sexual content;
• photos you do not have the right to use, including other people's copyrighted photos or content.

Before every generation you must confirm that these conditions are met. The generate button and our server both reject requests without this confirmation. The free photo check also blocks photos that show a minor, more than one person or no clear subject.

What the service can and cannot make

Every video is the same fixed bicep heart pose in the same bright, clean room. You cannot enter a prompt, change the scene or the actions, or add speech, voices or text. The only option is the arm strength (Normal, Buff or Extreme) for people. The service cannot make anyone appear to say anything or place them in any other scene. Every video is AI-generated, fictional content, is labeled as AI-generated on our site, and must not be presented as real footage.

You may use your videos for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting on social media.

Zero tolerance: what happens when rules are broken

• Someone's photo used without consent, a public figure, impersonation, harassment or infringement: the videos and photos are deleted, the share links are disabled, and the account is permanently terminated immediately, without a refund of credits. We may refuse future purchases from that person.
• Minors or sexual content: the same, immediately, and we report it to the authorities where required (for example, to NCMEC).
• Attempts to evade a ban with new accounts are blocked as well.
• Other breaches: content removed and a warning; a second breach leads to termination.

How to report a video

• Click Report this video on any shared video page, or
• email support@bicephearts.com with the subject "Content report", the video link and a short description.

We review every report by hand within 72 hours and take content offline while we review serious reports. We keep the identity of the person reporting confidential.

Copyright, likeness and rights holders

The bicep heart trend's original videos, the trend's sound, and the names and marks of TikTok, Instagram and the trend's creators belong to their owners. Bicep Hearts is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, the trend's creators or the owners of the trend's sound. We do not supply the trend's sound: our videos are silent.

If you believe a video on the service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy or right of publicity, including a video made from your photo, email support@bicephearts.com with the subject "Rights complaint". Include:

1. your name and contact details;
2. the work or right you hold (for a likeness complaint, that you are the person in the video);
3. the link to the video (for example, https://bicephearts.com/v/...) or page concerned;
4. a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized and that the information in your notice is accurate.

We review each complaint within 72 hours. Where a complaint is valid, we remove the content concerned and act on the accounts involved. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Our safeguards

• Consent confirmation before every generation, enforced on the server.
• A free photo check that blocks minors, multiple people and photos with no clear subject.
• One fixed comedic template: no prompts, no speech, no voice.
• Our AI providers run their own safety checks on every request.
• Every video is labeled as AI-generated, and every share page has a report link.
• Photos and videos are deleted automatically within 7 days, and users can delete them earlier in My videos.
