About Bicep Hearts

Who we are

Bicep Hearts is built and run by an independent developer, working as the small Bicep Hearts AI team. We make simple AI tools for social media trends: one clear job, a fair one-time price, and no subscription.

Bicep Hearts is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, the creators who made the bicep heart trend popular, or the owners of the trend's sound.

What Bicep Hearts does

Bicep Hearts is a bicep heart AI video generator. Upload one photo of yourself, an adult who agreed, or your own pet, and you get a 7-second vertical video of the bicep heart trend: a smile, a flex, and the other hand curled against the bicep into a heart.

• For people: choose Normal, Buff or Extreme arms, all at the same price.
• For pets: your dog or cat stands up and makes the heart with its front legs.
• What you get: a 7-second 9:16 720p MP4 with the trend sound, the same video without sound, and a GIF, with no watermark. A video takes about 3–5 minutes.
• Price: one-time payments, no subscription and no free trial. See the pricing page.
• Before you pay: a free photo check tells you if the photo will not work, so you are never charged for a photo we cannot use.

Start with the generator, or read how to do the bicep heart first.

How we handle your photos

Photos, reference images and videos are deleted automatically within 7 days, or right away when you delete them in My videos. They are never used to train AI models.
