If a generation fails, the credit goes back to your account automatically. Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; credits already used are not refundable. If a finished video has a serious defect (the face or pet is clearly not yours, or the body is visibly distorted), email support@bicephearts.com within 7 days: only after a manual review approves it do we add 1 credit for one free re-generation, at most once per video.
