Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website bicephearts.com and the video generation service offered on it (together, the "service"), operated by Bicep Hearts ("we", "us"). They apply to every visitor and every account. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

The service lets you upload one photo, of yourself, of an adult who has agreed, or of your own pet, and generate a short AI video of the bicep heart pose: one arm flexes and the other hand curls against the bicep so the hand and the arm form a heart. Each video is 7 seconds long, 9:16 vertical, 720p, silent and without a watermark, and is also offered as a GIF. Videos are generated by third-party AI providers on our behalf (see "AI Models We Use" below). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

The service is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, the creators who made the bicep heart trend popular, or the owners of the trend's sound. Their names are used only to describe the trend. We do not supply the trend's sound: every video we make is silent.

Our Commitment to Compliance

We build the service to comply with the rules on consent, privacy and AI-generated content before problems happen, not after. We enforce these rules with zero tolerance:

• Only photos you have the right to use. Every photo must show you, an adult who has agreed to have their photo used for this video, or your own pet. You must confirm this before every generation, and our server rejects requests without that confirmation.
• Immediate enforcement. If we confirm that an account has uploaded someone's photo without permission, shown a minor, a celebrity or another public figure, or otherwise infringed anyone's rights, we delete the videos and photos, disable the share links and permanently terminate the account immediately, without a refund of credits. We may also refuse future purchases from that person.
• Minors and sexual content. Content involving minors or sexual content leads to immediate termination, and we report it to the authorities where required.
• Fast review. We review every report and rights-holder notice by hand within 72 hours, and we take content offline while we review serious reports.
• Cooperation. We cooperate with rights holders, platforms and law enforcement.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You can generate videos with an account or as a guest. A guest purchase creates an anonymous guest account tied to your browser, and we email your video to the address you enter at checkout; you are responsible for entering an email you can access. You can get back to your videos with a sign-in link from Find my videos, sent to that email. When you sign in with that email (with a sign-in link or with Google), the guest's videos, credits and orders move to your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your Uploads

You may only upload a photo that:

• shows yourself, an adult who has given you permission to use their photo for this purpose, or your own pet;
• shows one person or one pet only;
• you have the right to use;
• does not show anyone under 18;
• does not show a celebrity, athlete, influencer, politician or any other public figure;
• does not show a stranger, or a person taken from social media, news or other websites without their permission; and
• does not contain nudity or sexual content, or someone else's copyrighted content.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that these conditions are met. You are responsible for the photos you upload and the videos you generate from them. A free photo check runs after upload and blocks photos that show a minor, more than one person or no clear subject; passing this check does not mean a photo is allowed under these terms. Uploading a photo you are not allowed to use is a serious breach of these terms and leads to immediate, permanent termination of your account (see "Our Commitment to Compliance").

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your photo and generated videos as needed to provide the service, including sending the photo to our AI providers for processing. Photos, reference images and videos are deleted automatically within 7 days of upload, and you can delete them earlier in My videos; see our Privacy Policy.

Deepfake Prevention and Content Safety

The service makes one specific, comedic pose video. It is not built to make realistic footage of real people doing or saying things. These are the measures in place today:

1. Consent confirmation. Before every generation you must confirm that the photo shows you, an adult who agreed, or your own pet, and that it does not show a minor or a public figure. The generate button and our server both reject requests without this confirmation.
2. One fixed template. Every video shows the same bicep heart pose in the same bright, clean room. You cannot enter a prompt or change the scene, the actions or the sound. There is no voice, no speech and no voice cloning. The only choice is the arm strength (Normal, Buff or Extreme) for people. The service cannot make someone appear to say something or place them in any other scene.
3. Drawn reference step and provider screening. Your photo is first turned into a drawn reference image, and that image is sent to the video model. Our AI providers run their own safety checks on real-person and sensitive content. When a provider blocks a request, the generation fails and the credit used for it is returned to your account automatically.
4. AI-generated label. Every video made with the service is AI-generated, fictional content and is labeled as AI-generated on our site. When you share a video, follow the AI-content labeling rules of the platform you post on, and do not present it as real footage.
5. Prohibited uses. You may not use the service, or videos made with it, to:
   • use another person's likeness without their consent;
   • impersonate anyone or deceive people about who appears in a video;
   • harass, bully, threaten or shame anyone;
   • create sexual or sexually suggestive content;
   • create political disinformation or misleading content about public figures or public events;
   • commit fraud or scams; or
   • depict or target minors.
6. Reporting and removal. Every shared video page has a Report this video link, and you can also email support@bicephearts.com. We review reports within 72 hours and remove videos that break these terms.

Acceptable Use

In addition to the prohibited uses above, you agree not to use the service to create, upload, or share:

• hateful, threatening, or violent content;
• content that infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or
• content that violates any applicable law.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the service, or use automated means to abuse it.

We may refuse, remove, or block content, and suspend or terminate accounts, that we believe violate these terms.

AI Models We Use

• Reference image: your photo is first turned into a drawn reference portrait (for a person) or a clean reference image (for a pet) by Nano Banana, Google's Gemini image model.
• Your video: generated with Seedance 2.0, a video model developed by ByteDance, which animates the fixed bicep heart motion with the person or pet from the reference image.

We access these models through third-party AI providers, who process your photo only to produce your video. If we change the models used for your videos, we will update this section before the change takes effect.

Reporting Content

When to report. Report any generated video that breaks these terms, including content involving minors, a video made from your photo without your permission, impersonation, or content that infringes your rights.

How to report.

• Click Report this video on any shared video page.
• Or email support@bicephearts.com with the subject "Content report". Include the video link (for example, https://bicephearts.com/v/...) and a short description of the problem.

How we handle reports. We review each report by hand within 72 hours. When a report is confirmed, we delete the video and the photo used to make it, disable its share link, and act on the account according to the severity:

• Critical (content involving minors, sexual content): content removed, account terminated immediately, and reported to the authorities where required (for example, child sexual abuse material to NCMEC).
• High (someone's photo used without consent, a public figure's photo, impersonation, harassment, infringement of someone's rights): content removed and account permanently terminated immediately, without a refund of credits.
• Other breaches: content removed and a warning issued; a second breach leads to termination.

We keep the identity of the person making a report confidential. We record false or malicious reports and may act on them.

AI-Generated Output

Generated videos are produced by AI models and may contain errors, artifacts, or results that do not match your expectations. Results depend on the photo you upload. Pets make a rougher heart than people, because paws cannot curl like a hand. We do not guarantee any particular outcome. Videos with a serious defect may qualify for one free re-generation after manual review, as described in the Refund Policy.

Subject to these terms and your rights in the photo you uploaded, you may use your generated videos for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as posting on social media. You may not use them in advertising or sell them. You are responsible for how you use and share them, including adding any sound in line with the rules of the platform you post on.

Credits, Payment, and Refunds

Generating a video uses 1 credit. Credits are sold as one-time packs: $9.99 for 1 video, $14.99 for 3 videos and $29.99 for 10 videos. There is no subscription and no free trial. The arm strength you choose does not change the price, and pet videos cost the same as videos of people. Prices are shown on our pricing page before purchase.

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake, who is the seller of record for your purchase and also handles order-related inquiries and returns. We do not receive or store your full card or bank details.

Unused credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase; credits already used to generate a video are not refundable. If a generation fails, the credit used for it is returned to your account automatically. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its software and design, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights in the service other than the right to use it as described here.

The trend's original videos, the trend's sound, and the names and marks of TikTok, Instagram and the trend's creators are not ours. They belong to their owners. We do not copy the original trend videos or sound into our videos.

Copyright and likeness complaints. If you believe a video on the service infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy or right of publicity, email support@bicephearts.com with the subject "Rights complaint" and include: your name and contact details; the work or right you hold; the link to the video (for example, https://bicephearts.com/v/...); and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized and that the information in your notice is accurate. We review complaints within 72 hours, remove infringing content, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. See our Content and Copyright Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms, and we terminate accounts immediately for the serious breaches described in "Our Commitment to Compliance". You may stop using the service at any time. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is terminated for violating these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will post the updated version on this page and change the date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
